Challenge
We'd never worked with a Jewellery company until we met the team at Kleshna. The small boutique company is owned by Kleshna herself, who designs all the jewellery personally. Clients include several celebrities. As described on their website: "Kleshna's work is unusual, diverse & glamorous handmade designer jewellery. She's an artist with colour and shapes and seeks to push out the boundaries."
Shopframe had to build a new website that looked beautiful, different and eye catching. We also had to develop something that actually sold jewellery without being too arty-farty.
Solution
Selling Jewellery online is challenging due to the competition. However, Kleshna's jewellery is not run of the mill. It is truly unique and something that people will buy if they know about it. To deliver sales, we started with a Pay-Per-Click campaign, followed by a long term Search Engine Optimisation programme. Today, this SEO campaign is still in its early days and being carried out as you read this.
Multi-Channel Selling
Like many of our e-commerce customers, Kleshna wished to ensure her website was exposed in as many places as possible. To start off with, Kleshna has been integrated with Amazon.
Future
As a newly developed website, Kleshna.com is in its infancy in terms of ranking and traffic. Shopframe will develop this website both technically and in real business terms to create a profitable online venture.
